Terms of use

This User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is a document representing a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic and contains the rules and conditions for the provision and use by users.

1. General conditions

1.1. The use of materials, services and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By registering on the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.

1.3. The Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Administration") in this Agreement and other special documents that can be posted on the Site means "West-Resource VCID PU", a legal entity created under the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

1.4. The User of the Site (previously and hereinafter referred to as the “User”) is an individual who has reached the age permissible in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan for acceptance of this Agreement and has the appropriate authority.

1.5. The Site Administration is entitled at any time to unilaterally change and / or supplement the terms of this Agreement without any special notice to the User. Such changes and / or additions take effect after 1 (One) calendar day from the date of posting a new version of the Agreement on the Site. This Agreement is an open and public document. Continued use of the Site by the User after making changes and / or additions to this Agreement means acceptance and consent of the User with such changes and / or additions. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, as well as with the changes made, the User is obliged to inform the Site Administration about this and refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials, services and services of the Site.

1.6. This Agreement is developed by the Site Administration and defines the rules and conditions for the provision and use of materials, services and services of the Site.

1.7. This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the User and the Site Administration, the subject of which is the provision by the Site Administration to the User of services for using the Site, its materials and services. In addition to this Agreement, the agreement between the User and the Site Administration includes all special documents governing the provision of certain services of the Site and posted in the relevant sections of the Site on the Internet.

1.8. The User is obliged to fully familiarize themselves with this Agreement before registering on the Site. By registering on the Site, the User confirms that he is an adult, has read, understood and agrees to comply with all the conditions of this Agreement, that is, expresses the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

1.9. All rights to the Site in their entirety and to the use of a network address (domain name) belong to the Site Administration.

1.10. The Site Administration has the right at any time to unilaterally establish restrictions on the provision of materials, services and services of the Site for all Users, or for certain categories of Users. The Site Administration may at any time unilaterally prohibit Users (both individually and collectively) from automatically accessing their services, materials and services, as well as stop accepting any information generated automatically.

1.11. The Site Administrator has the right to send informational messages to his Users, including advertising messages.

1.12. Nothing in this Agreement provides the User with the right to use the company name, trademarks, domain names and other results of the intellectual activity of the Site Administration.

1.13. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms, which is confirmed by clicking the "Register" button on the Site. From the moment the User expresses consent to the terms of this Agreement through the above method, the User confirms that he has provided his written consent with the terms of the User Agreement, and also confirms the right of the Site Administration to use his personal data, and guarantees that by giving such consent, he acts by his own will and in your interest.

1.14. In order to use the materials, services and services of the Site by the User, as well as to fulfill this Agreement, the User provides the Site Administration with consent to processing (any action or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data.

1.15. When processing personal data of the User, the Site Administration is not limited in the application of methods for their processing.

1.16. If you do not wish to become a Site User, do not register on the Site.

1.17. The current version of this Agreement is located on the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The subject of this User Agreement is to provide the User with access to the materials, services and services contained on the Site.

3. Registration and User Status

3.1. User Registration on the Site is free, voluntary and performed on the Site.

3.2. When registering on the Site, the User is obliged to provide the Site Administration with the necessary reliable, relevant and complete information for the formation of the User profile (including the official page of the User), including a unique login for each User (email address to enter the Site) and password for access to The site, as well as the last name, first name, middle name and other data. The Site Administration may request from the User additional information that the User is obliged to provide if the User provides incorrect information or the Site Administration has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or incorrect, the Site Administration has the right to block or remove the User at its discretion (incl. the official page of the User) and refuse the User to use materials, services and services of the Site.

3.3. The user is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness and compliance with the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic provided during registration information and its purity from claims of third parties. The site administration reserves the right at any time to require the User to confirm the data specified during registration and suspend this Agreement until such confirmation.

3.4. After providing the information specified in clause 3.2. This Agreement, the User may need to go through a series of certification procedures established by the Site Administration, for example:

3.4.1. confirm registration by recognizing an automated test designed to distinguish between computers and people (“CAPTCHA”).

3.4.2. confirm registration by activation through a message sent by the Site Administration to the User’s email.

3.4.3. Confirm registration by activation through a message sent to the phone number specified by the User during registration

3.4.4. In a different way.

In the case of correct sequential execution of all registration actions on the Site, a User profile is created, which can have a network address of the subdomain type of the domain name of the Site. If the User is given the opportunity to choose a subdomain name as such, the User cannot select words and names, the use of which is prohibited in accordance with the current legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic and international legal acts, including, but not limited to, obscene language, names registered as trademarks (regardless of the class of MKTU), company names and commercial designations, if the User does not own exclusive rights to them. In case of violation of these conditions, the Administration has the right to prohibit the User from using the subdomain name assigned to them.

3.5. When registering, the User agrees with this Agreement and assumes the rights and obligations specified therein related to the use and operation of the Site. Prior to the registration of the User, the use of materials, services and services of the Site is possible in a limited amount established by the Site Administration.

3.6. By accepting this Agreement by registering on the Site, the User confirms his consent to the processing by the Site Administration of his personal data provided by the User during registration, as well as voluntarily posted by the User in his official profile (including the official page of the User). Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3.7. The Site Administration takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The Site Administration provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees, contractors and agents of the Site Administration who need this information to ensure the operation of the Site and the provision of services to the User.

3.8. The Site Administration has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic (including in order to prevent and / or suppress the illegal and / or illegal actions of Users).
