Garb- Resurs Harm Reduction has begun in the Western region

Garb-Resurs Loss Reduction has begun in the Western region. With the financial support of the Garb-Resurs Global Fund and the Republican AIDS Center, a harm reduction project has been launched to prevent the spread of HIV in the Western region. In this regard, on November 5, 2018, Fuad Salmanov, Sevinj Topchubashova and Afet Nazarli, the head of the epidemiological center of the AIDS Center, were trained on the organization and implementation of harm reduction work at the Garb-Resurs Center.
